Rise and Dine at The Brasserie at One Warwick Park

We may be biased, but it’s no secret that Royal Tunbridge Wells is home to some of the best restaurants in Kent, and as our town’s award-winning, ever-expanding dining scene continues to flourish, we are incredibly excited to announce that we will be joining our neighbours and swinging our doors open on September 12th, bringing a new breakfast and brunch concept to local foodies. So, without further ado, welcome to The Brasserie.

In keeping with the ethos that began at the heart and soul of One Warwick Park, The Brasserie celebrates the interplay between classic breakfast favourites alongside some more interesting options all cooked to perfection with staggering attention to fresh, local produce.

And with a superb central location, sandwiched between the historic Royal Tunbridge Wells Pantiles and Chapel Place, The Brasserie is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat to start your day.

Rise and dine

It’s not called the most important meal of the day for nothing! Whether you're keen to kick things off with a full English breakfast or have your eyes set on something a little sweeter, The Brasserie will be delivering the goods, and then some.

Serving everything from triple stacked buttermilk pancakes to breakfast burritos and vegan plates, our menu is packed full of lip-smacking eats available every day between 7.00am – 1.00pm. And for those of you in a hurry, our grab and go menu boasts a delicious selection of morning delights. Whether you fancy fresh pastries or a sourdough bacon sandwich, there's plenty to keep you satisfied!

Of course, in a place like this the room and service are just as important as the food. Having undergone a beautiful redesign, charming and attentive staff will welcome guests into a relaxed contemporary setting, boasting botanical features and an atrium that floods the venue with light.

Time for tea

You may be met by the wonderful smell of baked goods and fresh coffee, but this shouldn’t overshadow the signature homemade cakes, delicate finger sandwiches and warm scones with jam and clotted cream available at The Brasserie.

To while away those lazy afternoons or conduct a civilised business meeting, our talented chefs have conjured up a tantalising afternoon tea menu full of perennial favourites that boasts classic British flavours.

Available every Thursday and Sunday, guests can indulge in a classic afternoon tea or upgrade to bubbles with our prosecco and Champagne options.

Love local

A labour of love to find the best locally sourced, fresh produce and ingredients inspired us to go one step further with The Brasserie’s ethos of ‘love local’. Whilst our menus revolve around the best ingredients we could find – whether it be free-range pork products from Southborough Butchers, or premium quality coffee from Royal Tunbridge Wells Coffee Roastery, we will also be selling products from local suppliers including eggs and honey that customers can purchase from a dedicated deli display.
