One Warwick Park Hotel has four equipped meeting spaces available for you. Our function room is ideal for large conferences or seminars. The Terrace, Function Room Bar and The Gallery are perfect for smaller conferences or business group meetings. We will definitely have a room ideal for you.
We are located just 30 miles from London. Only a 45-minute train journey from central London and a 5-minute walk from Royal Tunbridge Wells mainline station to One Warwick Park Hotel.
Parking is free at the top of Warwick Park, just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. Alternatively, there are plenty of car parks nearby, from £6 a day.

One Warwick Park has 39 beautiful bedrooms. Each room has an en-suite, with bath and shower facilities and complimentary toiletries. We have free, strong working guest WIFI available.
Corporate bedroom rates can be arranged with the bookings team. These equate to approximately 10% of the best available rate.

Our working lunches are perfect for day delegates. Enjoy fresh sandwiches made by our onsite team of chefs with a fruit platter, crisps, and juice.
