1 IS THERE AN ONSITE RESTAURANT?

Yes, The Brasserie is the perfect Royal Tunbridge Wells restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. See our website here for reservations, menus and more information.

2 WHEN IS THE BRASSERIE OPEN?

The Brasserie’s standard opening hours are:

Monday & Tuesday 7:00 – 11:00

Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 – 11:00 | 12:00 – 21:30

Friday 7:00 – 11:00 | 12:00 – 21:30

Saturday 7:00 – 21:30

Sunday 7:00 – 11:00 | 12:00 – 17:00

3 DO YOU HAVE A BAR?

Yes, we have a beautiful, art-deco-style bar serving cocktails, wines and spirits alongside non-alcoholic drinks and light bites.

4 WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST SERVED?

Breakfast is served Monday – Friday 7:00am – 10:00am, and Saturday – Sunday 7:30am – 10:30am.

5 WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED?

Breakfast is served in The Brasserie.

1 WHEN CAN I CHECK IN?

Check-in is available from 3pm onwards. If you would like to check in early, from 1pm, a £30 fee will be added to your stay. Early check-ins are subject to availability and must be booked in advance by emailing our reception team at reception@onewarwickpark.co.uk. Before your room is ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage with our reception team until your return.

2 WHEN CAN I CHECK OUT?

Check-out is by 11am. If you would like to extend your check-out time to 1pm, a £30 fee will be added to your stay. Late check-outs are subject to availability and must be booked in advance by emailing our reception team at reception@onewarwickpark.co.uk.

4 DO YOU TAKE ALL CARD PAYMENTS?

Yes, we take all card payments.

5 IS THERE PARKING AT ONE WARWICK PARK HOTEL?

Parking at One Warwick Park Hotel costs £12 per day in our private car park located 100 yards further down Warwick Park road. We have limited spaces available, which must be booked in advance by emailing reception@onewarwickpark.co.uk.

There is also free parking at the top of Warwick Park, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel or there is a 24-hour car park on Major Yorks Road just 5 minutes from the hotel. See here for more information. Directions to the car park.

6 WHERE IS THE NEAREST STATION?

Royal Tunbridge Wells mainline train station is a short 5-minute walk from One Warwick Park Hotel and offers direct links to London in under 50 minutes.

7 IS ONE WARWICK PARK HOTEL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE TOWN CENTRE?

One Warwick Park Hotel is located on the doorstep of the famous Pantiles, an iconic Georgian colonnade in Royal Tunbridge Wells, home to boutique shops, cafés, coffee houses, bars, and restaurants. The hotel is also less than a 15-minute walk from the town centre.

Parties and Events

1 WHAT TIME CAN WE ACCESS THE FUNCTION ROOM?

Where possible we will try and offer early access to ensure there is plenty of time for set up and decorating. Our Events Team will be able to confirm the early access time two weeks prior to your event date.

2 WHAT TIME DOES THE MUSIC HAVE TO FINISH FOR AN EVENING EVENT?

Our standard finish time for music is midnight, with the bar closing at 11.30pm. Should you wish to extend to a later finish time we offer a late license which is an additional £180.00. This extends our license to a bar closure of 12.30am with the music off at 1am.

In addition to the £180 fee, there are also 12 ‘late license bedrooms’ that must be booked by guests of the party, to secure the later finish.

3 HOW DO WE GO AHEAD AND BOOK A PARTY OR EVENT?

To enquire about a party or event, you can contact us here. Once you’ve decided to go ahead, we would ask for a signed copy of our booking form, which comes over to you via DocuSign for e-signing. We would also ask for a deposit payment at this stage, which is typically 10% of the booking total, with the final balance due no later than two weeks prior to arrival.

4 ARE WE ABLE TO BRING OUR OWN DECORATIONS?

You can bring your own decorations for your party or event and where possible our Events Team will help with the setup of these. However, we do kindly ask that nothing is tacked to the painted white walls.

5 CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN DJ?

You are more than welcome to provide your own DJ/entertainment for your party or event, providing the company can provide a PAT testing certificate and public liability paperwork. Our Events Team will be able to confirm directly with the company timings for access, as well as details of the sound limitations prior to their arrival.

6 ARE YOU ABLE TO CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Please do not hesitate to let us know if any of your guests have a specific dietary requirement, as it’s likely our team of talented chefs can accommodate this for you. Our Events Coordinator will confirm any dietaries with you prior to arrival, with confirmation required no later than two weeks prior.

7 CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?

Unfortunately, we don’t permit any external catering for parties and events Monday – Saturday, however, please do not hesitate to share with us any bespoke requests as it’s likely our team of chefs will be able to accommodate these for you.
