One Warwick Park Hotel is located in Kent; with a beautiful historic building our hotel blends seamlessly into the beautiful town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Situated next to the Pantiles, our Kent hotel is a short walk from the shopping area of Royal Tunbridge Wells, as well as the beautiful Calverley Park which is located a short walk away and is the perfect place for you to bring a picnic during the summer months.

• Bedrooms

Our hotel offers a range of bedroom options, all individually decorated in neutral tones. We have 39 bedrooms on offer for our guests, with a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi access and incredible king or super king sized beds. We also have facilities available for families to enjoy the hotel, with interconnecting rooms, Z-beds and cots.

• Menu

Breakfast is available at our hotel from 7am -10am on weekdays and from 7:30am -10:30am on the weekend. Booking your table will ensure we have your table prepared when you come down. Our sister restaurant STEAK also provides an incredible array of dishes for you to try, with a Sunday lunch menu served for those who are spending a weekend with us.

• Self-catered

We also offer a separate accommodation that is self-catered for guests to book. ‘The House’ is a fantastic area for large family get togethers or for a holiday with friends. This beautiful town house is situated near our Kent hotel, with four double bedrooms for our guests to enjoy. We also allow up to two of your furry friends to stay with you.
